Your insights will directly influence our $500M R&D portfolio and guide investments in emerging paradigms like neural interfaces, climate-positive AI, and decentralized autonomous organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, bioinformatics, and climate tech teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present technological roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling technology innovations from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
