Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic technology narratives to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a future-tech innovation lab focusing on human-centric design
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex technical narratives
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
