Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership, driving data-informed decision-making
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Innovate Labs as a future-shaping entity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or corporate strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Published thought leader in technology or innovation publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Strategy (e.g., CFTR) required
