Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Advanced Systems Engineering
- 5+ years building production systems with quantum-adjacent technologies
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, D-Wave, or similar quantum frameworks
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable tech or human-AI interaction
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum circuit design languages
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance frameworks
