Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Package and label goods accurately for distribution.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for time tracking and inventory systems.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and operate industrial equipment.
