Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety protocols and instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
