Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and labeling items.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for some roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
