Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
- Assist with basic construction duties including digging, trenching, and site preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in logistics or construction is a plus but not mandatory.
