Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Analyze macro-economic trends and emerging technologies to forecast potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with R&D to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies into core business models.
- Present high-level strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess risks associated with long-term investments.
- Drive innovation initiatives that ensure competitive advantage in the next generation of business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic initiatives and forecasting.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics and emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools.
