Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development to identify emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation initiatives.
- Oversee the transition of prototype concepts into scalable products by 2026.
- Analyze market shifts and competitor movements to adjust strategic direction proactively.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence and experience mentoring high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
