Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovation initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and feasibility studies on emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Autonomous Systems) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to define R&D priorities and resource allocation.
- Establish a framework for rapid prototyping and testing of futuristic concepts.
- Monitor global technology shifts and regulatory changes to mitigate risk and seize competitive advantages.
- Present complex strategic visions to internal stakeholders and external partners in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or driving digital transformation.
- Deep technical understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
