- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Quantum Computing into core products.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee R&D budgeting and resource allocation for high-impact projects.
- Establish ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Blockchain, AR/VR).
- Strong background in strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
