Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, AR/VR, and Blockchain.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
