Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Manage appointment scheduling and care coordination workflows
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Track patient outcomes and report key metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare coordination or clinical setting
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
