Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with medical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Adhere to all HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
