Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support including vital sign monitoring and specimen collection
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked examination rooms
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to all HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
