Responsibilities
- Perform daily tasks and operational duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required for all roles.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
