Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.

- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic material handling and loading/unloading duties.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measuring tools.
- Must be reliable with a consistent work history.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
