Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read technical instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
