Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently to maintain daily production targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality control.
- Organize warehouse stock to ensure easy access and optimal space utilization.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and clean work areas to prevent hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical challenges and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
