Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exponential data growth by 2026.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for advanced machine learning models, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ethicists, and product managers to define system requirements.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies and integrate them into existing ecosystems.
- Publish white papers and present technical visions to stakeholders and industry peers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar modern AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
