Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within 15 minutes
- Resolve technical issues using ticketing systems and knowledge base
- Document all interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering team to escalate complex problems
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly improvement reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
