Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and proprietary software
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback
- Support local marketing campaigns during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
