Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a major plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- Available for flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
