Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, service, and technical support issues
- Process orders and service modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in CRM system
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
