- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
