Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Resolve billing inquiries with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics while maintaining quality standards
- Train on proprietary healthcare software systems
- Participate in weekend rotational coverage as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional site visits)
