Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (satisfaction, resolution rate)
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
