Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Document cases and maintain accurate troubleshooting records
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements
- Train end-users on new technology and best practices
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Customer service experience a plus
- CompTIA A+ certification desirable but not required
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Flexible availability including weekends for on-call rotations
