Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision (vital signs, mobility assistance)
- Support clinical staff with documentation and administrative tasks
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Assist with patient education and discharge procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
