Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize system performance with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
