Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex application issues and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define product requirements.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation, including API specs and system architecture diagrams.
- Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing suites to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance and optimize code for speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
