Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Configure and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Manage and update system documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex software bugs.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for all critical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security audits to protect company assets and client data.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
