Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
