Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to company specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Support loading/unloading of shipments with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior warehouse experience required—training provided
