Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely with OSHA-certified training
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized inventory storage systems
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Assist in training new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order processing
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) a plus
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if required)
