Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using heavy machinery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state-issued ID for background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management
