Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load and unload freight from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to ensure operational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background screening and drug test prior to employment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
