Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized staging areas for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete digital shift reports via tablet before daily payout
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to pass mandatory background check (no felonies)
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Flexible availability for 6-8 hour shifts (5AM-1PM or 1PM-9PM)
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments
