Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech partnerships
- Secure $20M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab with PhD-level talent
- Present to C-suite and board on technological disruption opportunities
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record in scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum, bio-integration
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies launched to market
