Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies for 2026+ market landscape
- Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product concepts
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping with dedicated R&D teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and emerging trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)

- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic modeling
