Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate future concepts into viable product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage cross-functional teams through the full innovation lifecycle
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or future technology planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or incubators
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
