Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 10+ years in product development or R&D with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech publications
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile Innovation methodologies preferred
