Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling disruptive solutions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (ESG, SDGs)
