Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in product innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record scaling disruptive solutions from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and their applications
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully launched innovation initiatives
