Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Perform cycle counts, stock audits, and seasonal inventory counts with high precision.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidate.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
