Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incident reports.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be on-call for critical system issues.
