Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols and systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage service requests and incident tickets through ITSM tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
