Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows and macOS).
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
- Current CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
