Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal employees.
- Configure and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems proactively.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the Active Directory.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (VPN, TeamViewer) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
